Year 2021 started with lingering pandemic, which we all wished that it would have ended in 2020! From March'21, the world markets started opening up and demand surged, that created supply chain issues of raw materials availability, factory capacity availability and logistics. In spite of all the odds, our supply chain partners did everything possible to support our business. Except April'21 and May'21, when the supply chain issues were at its peak, Nujay's Key Performance Indicator of On Time Delivery stayed within the targeted range.
We are very optimistic about this new year 2022 and we will surely meet our all quality objectives!
